Vulcan Wheels products are designed for off road use only. Installation of our products may alter the original handling characteristics of the vehicle built by the manufacturer. 

Shipping and Returns
We have a 1 week processing time for our orders.  Due to this process we are not able to ship orders same day.
- All orders are shipped via ground services and without signature. Orders shipping to Apartments, Suites, Units or Lots will be sent WITH signature. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to have your order shipped with a signature, please leave a NOTE during checkout.
- Our shipping services DO NOT allow us to ship to PO BOXES. Please provide a direct shipping address.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Please inspect all parts after opening, any damage during shipping must be notified to the shipping courier right away. The customer must make a claim with the courier.
- We DO NOT accept returns on items that have been installed or modified in any way.
    - Refunds and exchanges will be sent once we receive the returned product and an inspection has been completed.
    - Items are no longer eligible for return after 30 days of being received.
    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    - Please email us for ordering. We can ship to MOST places around the world.
    - Our site currently does not allow for international orders to be processed. We can make a custom invoice for you through email with exact cost for shipping to your country. Please provide an address and/or postal code for accurate shipping quotes.
    - We are unable to calculate customs fees for your country. When an item is shipped to your country, you may be taxed a percentage on consumer goods. We do NOT cover these fees.
    DAMAGE CLAIMS
    - For those that have received damaged parts from shipping, we recommend to file a claim immediately with the company who delivered your package (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc...)
    - In order to have a successful claim with the carrier, it is important to have several photos of all damaged parts in full view and detailed view. It is also important to have photos of all packaging, including the box it arrived in, and packaging materials (foam, bubbles, paper, etc..) from multiple sides and angles.
